Tuition Schedule:
Seminar tuition is based on the number of days and the number of employees your organization sends to the seminar. Additional attendees from the same organization receive a discount as outlined below. Additional attendee rates must be for equal to or fewer days than the first attendee rate. The cutoff dates are based on when your payment is received by Siriusware.

*All prices are in US Dollars; tuition does not include lodging and travel arrangements
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received by Friday, August 22, 2008 in order to qualify for an 80% tuition refund. Any cancellations received after August 22nd will result in full forfeiture of tuition. To cancel your reservation, please contact Kristina Parker at 575-751-8254 or kparker@siriusware.com.
How to Register:
For the fastest and simplest registration take advantage of registering online! The Siriusware Seminar online registration is powered by Siriusware E-Commerce and is completely secure. During registration you will also select your classes. Be sure to provide us with all information so that we can complete the registration process as quickly as possible. REGISTER NOW!
If you would prefer to register by fax or mail, please download the registration form, complete all the information, including selection of your classes, and fax the form to 575-751-4166 (or the form can be mailed to Siriusware, 1337 Gusdorf Rd, Suite E, Taos, NM 87571).
Please select the classes that you would like to attend from the class schedule when you register. It is required that you select classes for all times/days you will be attending. You can change your selection at the seminar if necessary, but it is helpful to Siriusware to have an estimated attendance per class prior to the seminar.
